Bill Motluck has been involved in the real estate industry for over 40 years. He is an Executive Account Manager for Greater Illinois/Indiana Title Company. Bill received a B.S. in Business Administration at Lewis University in Romeoville, IL. After graduation, he spent parts of three seasons as a business manager in the San Diego Padres organization. In 1976, after leaving the Padres, he opened up a Century 21 office in both Chicago Heights, IL and Richton Park, IL. During that time, he served on the board of directors of the Greater South Suburban Board of Realtors. After selling the office in 1986, he started his career in the title insurance industry working for Greater Illinois Title, Amerititle and Fidelity National Title. In 2011 and 2012, while with Fidelity, Bill finished in the top ten nationally in sales revenue generated.
In 2014, Bill rejoined Greater Illinois/Indiana Title Company as an Executive Account Manager where he is responsible for sales and business development in both Illinois and Indiana. He is focused on residential business development.
Bill and his wife Marge reside in Lansing, IL. They have four daughters and four grandchildren. He is still involved in baseball as treasurer of the Pitch and Hit Club of Chicago.
