Zoccam is an application that can be downloaded on your App or Google Play Store applications. It is an easier way for customers to send earnest money and purchase agreements. ZOCCAM partners with leading industry title production software platforms to deliver the contract and open the title order. Reap the benefits from day one with a seamless integration. Just like Mobile banking, this is just as easy! There is no need to make your way to deposit your funds at the office of the Title Company. A simple few clicks will do the trick!
What does ZOCCAM have to offer and the benefits it provides?
ZOCCAM offers intricate custom branding, is integrated with industry leader DocuSign, and has great delivery where items are only presented in the app and are not shareable. ZOCCAM has encrypted storage that protects the wiring instructions from access by unauthorized parties. The wiring instructions documents are stamped with a unique ID to protect against tampering. An authorized rep is required to fill out the form and digitally sign. ZOCCAM offers the precise service you need at the moment when you need it. When delivering funds on time, it’s the only option and all parties in the transaction benefit from a smooth closing (buyer, seller, realtor, broker, escrow agent and lender).

Registration
- Download ZOCCAM from the app store
- Register with name & email address and mobile number
- Enter real estate license or notary commission, if applicable
- Verify device with PIN sent via text.
- Create an 8-digit numeric pass code & confirm pass code
How to send earnest money
- Sign in with mobile number and 8-digit numeric passcode you created
- Select Capture (Android only)
- Select Earnest Money
- Scroll to escrow agent or type first 3 letters ins search field
- Enter contract information (attach contract from email, if needed.
- Write GIT File Number in memo section on check
- Take a picture of front and back of check on a dark, well lit surface.
- Email notifications will be sent to all parties entered.
