In July 2018, Carol Donovan joined Greater Indiana Title as Executive Account Manager. She is responsible for Lake and Porter County account management and business development for our residential customers. During Carol’s first two years at Greater Indiana Title she was appointed to the Homebuilders Association Board of Directors and Northwest Indiana Mortgage Bankers Board of Directors. Additionally, she won the 2019 GNIAR “Affiliate Of The Year” award, Homebuilders Association “Member of the Year” award and Outstanding Board Member at the Homebuilders Association.

Carol brings extensive experience of 15 years in credit and residential lending services.  As Division Manager of Equifax, she ensured accuracy while developing business accounts and community education seminars.  As Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at a prominent local bank, she originated government, conforming and non-conforming loans.

During her previous mortgage career, she held positions with The Mortgage Bankers Association as Director and Membership Chairperson, in addition to various chair positions on GNIAR. Currently, she is a founding member of the Northwest Indiana Make-A-Wish Foundation chapter and has been active in other local charities.

Carol has been married to her high school sweetheart Bill since 1991. They live in Valparaiso where they have raised their two daughters for the last 23 years.
