Cindy Colvin currently serves as the Senior Commercial Escrow Officer, conducting commercial real estate transactions and assisting with the management of the Indiana operations.

Cindy started her 30 year career working for a large local bank in the Residential Lending Division for 11 years, processing residential real estate transactions, overseeing the construction draws and originating residential mortgages.

She then worked for a large local title company serving as a Commercial Escrow Officer/Manager where conducted residential and commercial closings, also managing the NW Indiana escrow and sales staff for 8 years.

Furthering her career, Cindy became a Vice President for a large bank, financing commercial real estate transactions, specializing in investor owned properties, development loans and new construction projects for 5 years until she circled back to the title industry, again working for a local title company conducting commercial transactions. Cindy has also served on a local Economic Development Board and Chamber Board as board member and eventually serving as President for both boards. She is active in local charitable organizations and enjoys contributing to her community.
