Nicole Bush brings a wealth of knowledge to her position as an Escrow Officer at Greater Indiana Title. She has more than 10 years of real estate know-how to be able to assist her clients. Nicole graduated Kouts High School in 2005 and dove right into the Real Estate Industry. She started working for a local Construction Company – Charlson Custom Homes as a Laborer. Shortly after she started working at a Real Estate Office – Boulder Bay Realty Group being a Front Desk Coordinator. In 2008, Nicole went on to help open a new Real Estate franchise in Valparaiso – Realty Executives Premier as a Front Office Manager. She coordinated Real Estate activities across a five-county region. She was the sole administrator for over 25 top-performing real estate agents. In 2011, she needed a change. She got out of the industry and worked as a Staffing Supervisor for Kelly Services. She helped place temporary employees, managed accounts, and built relationships with key customers. Soon enough she realized this just wasn’t her place and needed to get back into the Real Estate field. This is where Nicole started her career in the Title Industry.

She started working as a Front Desk Receptionist at Meridian Title Corporation. She worked her way up as an Escrow Officer and New Construction Specialist. She built relationships with Builders and facilitated draws thru the end loan of the New Construction process.

In 2014, she joined Greater Indiana Title as an Escrow Officer where she is responsible for facilitating Residential Closings. She has a vast experience in Closing Residential Sales, Refinances, Short Sales, New Construction and the HUD Buyer Select Program. She believes it’s important to all clients that she is just a phone call away, even if it’s after normal business hours. Providing the best Customer Service possible to all parties in a transaction and going above & beyond while having a positive attitude throughout the whole process is key to her job. Nicole is licensed in Indiana and Michigan with the ability to facilitate escrow services nationwide. Nicole Bush is also a member of the Woman’s American Legion Auxiliary – Post 301, a Young Living Essential Oils Consultant and has been an Accredited Home Stager since 2009.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Nelson and her son’s Nolan & Niko. On the weekends in the summer you can find her outside at the pool or boating with family and friends spending quality time at her family’s Lake House!
