Frank Kubina has been involved in the title industry for over 25 years holding sales and management positions over that time. He began his title industry career in 1987 working in the DuPage and Cook County markets (Chicago Metro) as a sales/ account representative, becoming a branch manager in DuPage County in 1989.

In 1990, Frank was relocated to Northwest Indiana to oversee the operations and development if the Lake and Porter County markets as Assistant Vice President/ Northwest Indiana Manager. In 2012, Frank left the title operations, remaining in the real estate industry as a mortgage loan originator for the next 3.5 years.

In July 2015, he returned to the title industry joining Greater Indiana Title as an Executive Account Manager, responsible for residential and commercial business development in Northwest Indiana. Frank has always focused on developing and maintaining healthy customer service with all clients. He enjoys getting and being involved personally in transactions, which helps to form and build solid, long-term relationships with clients.

Frank has been a member of numerous industry associations including the Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana, National Association of Home Builders, Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors, Lake County Economic Development Corporation and the American/ Indiana Land Title Associations.

Frank is married with four grown children and has resided in Valparaiso for the past 25 years.
