Shelly has been in the title business since 1990. Initially, Shelly started her career in title as a searcher, and also worked as a junior examiner. As Shelly progressed in her career she found that she enjoyed working in a client facing role and transitioned into a customer service representative position. This transition ensured customers would have a single point of contact to help with questions and concerns that arose while working through the title process.
During her free time, Shelly loves spending time with her family and pets! She also volunteers for an animal rescue group.
