After several years of working with GIT’s Illinois facilities, we welcome Diana Valdez to Greater Indiana Title.  In Illinois, Diana worked as an Escrow Processor within the Closing Department.  The responsibilities consisted of working closely with Attorneys, Lenders, Brokers, as well as, fellow co-workers to organize and obtain the required documents for closing.  The position also required high levels of customer service, both internally as well as externally.  Diana’s years of working in the Title Insurance Industry together with her charisma and enthusiasm to get deals closed make her an attribute to our Indiana team.

In July 2018 Carol Donovan joined Greater Indiana Title as Executive Account Manager. She is responsible for Lake and Porter County account management and business development for our residential customers. Carol brings extensive experience of 15 years in credit and residential lending services.  As Division Manager of Equifax, she ensured accuracy while developing business accounts and community education seminars.  As Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at a prominent local bank, she originated government, conforming and non-conforming loans. During her previous mortgage career, she held positions with The Mortgage Bankers Association as Director and Membership Chairperson, in addition to various chair positions on GNIAR. Kristin Busch has been involved in the title industry for over 15 years. She is an Executive Account Manager for Greater Indiana Title Company. Ms. Busch received her B.A. in Economics and Management from Albion College and went on to receive her MBA from Indiana University. She is a graduate of Leadership Northwest Indiana (LNI), a leadership and development program providing a diverse curricula focusing on management and leadership skills. She started her career in the real estate finance area providing SBA 504 loans for a Certified Development Company in Northwest Indiana. In this capacity she worked closely with banks and borrowers gathering documentation, preparing loan documents and closing SBA loans. She moved on to become a Vice President of Operations and later moved into business development for the company.…
